Born and raised in Israel, I received a BA in Philosophy and MA in Political Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. I received my PhD in Politics from Princeton University in 2012. I was a postdoctoral fellow at the Hebrew University in 2012-2013 and at Yale University in 2013-2015. Before fully committing to an academic career, I worked as a news correspondent and editor for some of Israel's leading media outlets and wrote about the Israeli media for The Seventh Eye Journal.
